牙周炎
牙周炎是发生在牙齿支持组织的一种进行性疾病。表现为牙龈红肿，牙周袋形成,牙槽骨吸收，牙齿松动。自觉咀嚼无力，口臭,牙周钝痛,有发热,淋巴结肿大,牙龈溢脓，出血等症。本病常有牙结石、菌斑、咬拾创伤、不良修复体等局部刺激因素，或与内分泌、血液、遗传、营养等方面的全身性疾病有关。中医认为是因胃火炽盛或肾气虚损引起。

[方源] :《医宗全鉴》
[组成] :煅人中白、绿矾(烧红)五倍子(炒黑)、冰片
[用法] :上药研为细末。先用水拭净牙齿,再用本品少许敷患处。
[功效] :清热解毒,祛腐敛疮。
[主治] :儿牙疳,齿龈赤烂疼痛、口臭出血,甚则牙枯脱落,穿腮蚀唇。
[方解] :主要用于治疗牙疳。方用人中白、绿矾、五倍子等，具有清热泻火、解毒消肿、收湿敛疮、祛腐除恶之功,为其配伍特点。
[附方] :《北京市中药成药选集》牙疳散,由血竭、青果炭、儿茶、煅人中白、青黛、生硼砂、冰片组成;功能消胃消肿;主治胃热火盛，牙痛牙疳,齿缝出血,牙齿肿烂。

[方源] :《医书效方》
[组成]:硼砂、樟脑、火硝、青盐各等份。
[用法] :共研极细末,痛时用少许涂患处。涂药后,口中流涎,可随时吐出。
[功效]:镇痛，防腐，解毒。
[主治]:风火、虫蚀牙痛及其他各种牙痛。
[方解] :方中硼砂, 又名月石,为硼砂矿石精制而成的结晶。其性甘咸而凉，可清热、消痰、解毒。青盐,又名大青盐,性味咸寒,可清热凉血、明目。
樟脑,为樟科植物樟树的木材及枝叶经提炼制成的白色颗粒状结晶。其性辛热，可辟秽开窍,除湿杀虫,散瘀止痛。本方4药合用,解毒杀虫,散瘀止痛。故可治疗火热上攻或虫蚀牙痛。

[方源]验方选编
[组成]樟脑3克,川椒3克，细辛2克。
[用法]上药研为极细末，放铜勺内，用茶盅盖严， 稠面封固四周，勿令透气。放入微火上煅烧，约15-20分钟，移地候冷，揭开则霜药俱在茶盅底，入瓷器收贮。取少许霜药塞痛处。
[功效]消肿止痛。
|主治]龋齿牙痛，风火牙痛。
[方解]龋齿中医认为系“肥甘湿热，化生牙虫”所致。其痛遇冷热咸酸刺激即可作痛，牙齿蛀坏有浅深不同，浅者齿黑有空洞，深者可达牙髓。治当杀虫为主。本方中樟脑、川椒、细辛3药均有较好的镇痛作用，且有一定的杀虫作用。

[方源](中医喉科学讲义》
[组成]金银花30克,连翘、生地各15克,牛蒡子、知母各9克,鲜竹叶6克，薄荷、绿豆衣各3克。
[用法]水煎服。
[功效]疏风清热,凉血解毒。
|主治]牙龈肿痛，腮肿而热，口渴，舌红，脉浮数。
|方解]方中金银花、薄荷为清热解毒之要药;连翘、生地起凉血解毒之功。牙痛多责之于周火上攻,本方所治为风热上扰，故以疏风清热、凉血解毒法治之。
(按语]薄荷玄明散(《名医类案》),薄荷、硝石、没石子、青盐各60克，玄明粉、硼砂各3克，冰片2.1克。共研为极细末，牙痛时用少许搽痛处。
