江苏首家IP-VPN海外增值电信运营商落地南京
2024年11月29日，新加坡网连（WideWired）顺利取得外资合资公司营业执照，这是全省落地的首家互联网虚拟专用网业务（IP-VPN）海外增值电信运营商，也是自国务院批复同意南京等6个城市部分领域服务业扩大开放后，同批次城市中落地的首家海外增值电信运营商。
2024年7月8日，国务院批复同意在南京等6个城市暂时调整实施有关行政法规和经国务院批准的部门规章规定，放宽电信服务等领域外商投资市场准入。政策出台后，南京市商务局专程邀请新加坡网连、Aryaka、金斯瑞、南京电信等企业代表就项目落地事宜开展合作洽谈，全速全力实现海外电信运营商外资项目当月洽谈、当月签约、当月落地。
